Tuition & Experience Fee

Tuition is billed monthly. Semesters run September–December and January–May. In addition to monthly tuition, a $250 Storybook Studio Experience Fee is due each semester. At enrollment, families pay the Experience Fee plus the first month's tuition; monthly tuition continues for the remainder of the semester. Published Storybook Studio books are available separately for $30 each.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

After-School Classes Families may withdraw at the end of any month. The Storybook Studio Experience Fee is non-refundable. Summer Camps Camp tuition is refundable only if the camper's spot is filled by another family.

Late Payment Policy

Tuition is due on the 1st of each month. Please contact Storybook Studio promptly if a payment will be late so we can work with your family. Persistent late payments may result in a pause in enrollment until the account is current.

Liability Waiver

Pending attorney review before final publication.

I understand that participation in Storybook Studio involves the use of art materials, sensory materials, and age-appropriate tools. While every reasonable precaution is taken to provide a safe environment, I acknowledge that accidents and injuries may occur during normal participation. I voluntarily allow my child to participate in Storybook Studio activities and release Storybook Studio, Sarah Anne Stephens, employees, volunteers, and host facilities from liability for ordinary injuries that may occur during participation, except where caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct. I certify that my child is physically able to participate and that I have disclosed any medical conditions, allergies, or special considerations that may affect participation. I authorize Storybook Studio staff to obtain emergency medical treatment for my child if I cannot be reached.
